BIND & FREEZE THOSE CAUSING YOU HARM

FREEZE THEM SPELL

This is a very practical and powerful spell that you can do with items easily acquired.  It's purpose is to Freeze and Bind those that are causing or intending harm to you or your loved ones.  

You will need the following items: 
1 Lemon
9 Nails or long stick pins
a piece of paper (traditionally brown paper bag paper)
a black pen or magic marker

red yarn or string

(some people like to put pepper flakes, salt, shards of glass, or sand inside the lemon also.  This is to make the subject more uncomfortable and less powerful, but it is not necessary.)

Take the brown paper and write the name of the person with your black pen.  As you write their name, you can say aloud, " ---name of person----, YOU NO LONGER HAVE POWER OVER ME OR MINE". (if you know that someone is sending evil at you, but you don't know their name, write on the paper something to identify them, Spirit knows, this is really about intention)

Cut the lemon in half and put the paper with their name in the middle of the lemon.

Put the lemon back together and push the nails or stick pins through the lemon and the paper to hold the lemon back together while "piercing" the person's name on the paper.

Each time you stick the Lemon and paper with a nail, say again, " YOU NO LONGER HAVE POWER OVER ME OR MINE". 

When you have stuck all 9 nails and repeated the phrase.  Take the red yarn or string, wrap the lemon closed tight, wrap the string around 9 times, and again repeat the phrase, "YOU NO LONGER HAVE POWER OVER ME OR MINE".

When you are complete wrapping the lemon with the string say

I COMMAND ALL ILL-WILL, NEGATIVE INTENTIONS, AND EVIL FORCES TO GO BACK ON THE SENDER 10 FOLD.  AND SO IT IS.

Put your lemon in the back of your freezer.

You will leave that lemon in the back of your freezer until you feel confident that that person has given up on whatever harm they were trying to create for you.  Some people leave these types of spells in their freezer for months.

When you are ready to dispose of the frozen lemon, it is best to take it to a running river or creek.  With your back to the creek, throw the lemon over your left shoulder into the creek and DO NOT LOOK BACK.  Walk away and forget it.  It is done.
