Greetings! 

Welcome to the Monthly Meditation Newsletter!  My name is Ariana Zariah, Certified Energy Facilitator and Spiritual Advisor.  This is intended to be a year long journey with 12 very different meditation practices.  Meditation is often misidentified as sitting quietly in one place and trying to keep the mind empty and the thoughts at bay.  There is so much more to meditation than this one style of meditation, and that is why I have developed this monthly newsletter to help people find a meditation practice that works best for them, and to have a variety of meditation styles for those that enjoy Change and Choices!

The first Monday of each month, I will launch a new video meditation practice.  I encourage you to work as much as you can with this meditation for the whole month.  You may even enjoy journalling about your experiences, your frustrations, and your breakthroughs!  Meditation is a 'practice', it is not a 'perfection'.  Each time you try a meditation, you will have a totally different experience.  Some days it will be easier, some days it will be harder, some days your great grandmother may speak to you from beyond the veil.  Be in allowance of the challenging days and keep going.  It will be worth it in the end!
